TOURNAMENT INFORMATION

The event hosts recreational, academy, and competitive teams for U7—U19 players. Our goal is to provide great competition to all levels of U7 – U19 players. We hope you will join us for this great event!

This tournament is unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.

Timeline:

Proposed Brackets out by Aug 16. The final brackets will be out on Aug 18.

The preliminary schedule will be sent out to coaches on Aug 20. The schedule will be final by Aug 22.

The Roster Freeze and Check-in deadline will be Aug 27.

TEAM CHECK-IN

Please submit the necessary documents by emailing ryan@oklahomaceltic.com

Academy teams (U7 – U10 divisions) will need official rosters. If academy teams don’t have player cards, birth certificates and medical release forms (USYS or US Club) will be required.
Competitive teams (U11 – U19 divisions) will need official rosters and player cards.

US CLUB MEDICAL RELEASE FORM

GUEST PLAYERS & JERSEY NUMBERS Teams will be allowed three guest players.

Please add guest players to your roster. Writing them on the roster is acceptable, but every player must have a player card. Jersey numbers must be visible on all rosters and match the player during the tournament! No duplicate numbers are allowed for U11+ divisions!

No player may play on more than one team in the tournament. No exceptions!

Roster player additions will not be accepted after the Check-In deadline!
