Cost
U5-U12 plays 3v3 with no goalies $240 (Max roster 8). U13-U18 plays 6v6 with goalies $380 (Max roster 12). (Plus $20 Gotsport fee)
Overview
Welcome to the Oklahoma Family Dentistry Summerfest Tournament. The event hosts U5-U18 Rec, Academy and Competitive teams. Our goal is to provide a fun competition to all levels of U5-U18 players in a small sided format. We hope you will join us for this great event!
3 Games Guaranteed
Games will start between 4-6pm based on how many teams in your bracket and will finish under the lights
MIX & MATCH players from all around (friends, family, or different teams) *based on 2025-26 age groups*
Medals awarded to the top two teams in U5-U18
Timeline for tournament:
July 8th – Registration Deadline
July 9th – Prelim Brackets sent out and posted online
July 10th – Final Brackets (No refunds after this point, and all schedule requests are due)
July 11th – Prelim Schedule out
July 12th – Schedule is Final
July 17th – Tournament starts between 4-6pm and finishes under the lights

TEAM CHECK-IN – DEADLINE July 17th 20 minutes before your 1st match
Rosters/Waivers
Team Check-in will be done virtually or handed in before your first game. For virtual check-in, you can email a copy of your waiver/roster to administrator@oklahomaceltic.com
All teams must carry copies of birth certificates and medical releases for all players during the tournament. These won’t be checked unless a situation arises. The maximum roster size is 10 players.
