Overview

This is our 16th annual OSC Celtic Cup Tournament. The tournament hosts U7-U19 Recreational, Academy, and Competitive teams. Our goal is to provide excellent competition to all levels. We hope you will join us for this great event!

This tournament is a stay-and-play event. It is also unrestricted. Teams registered in good standing with any U.S. Soccer Federation affiliate are eligible to apply.

Please register using the age division/format you want to play during the tournament! For example, if you are a U10 team but want to play 9v9, please register in the U11 division.

Timeline for tournament:

February 4th – Registration Deadline

February 8th – Prelim Brackets sent out and posted online

February 10th – Final Brackets sent out by Noon (No refunds after this point, and all schedule requests are due)

February 12th – Prelim Schedule out (Coach will have until February 15th at noon to email with changes)

February 16th – Schedule is Final

*All local teams should be prepared to play on Friday night unless you request to have off by February 10th. All teams should be prepared to start at the scheduled 7:30 am kickoff. All communication goes through Gotsport and is sent only to the listed coach and manager, so please make sure those contacts are up to date.

Academy teams (U7-U10 divisions) will require official rosters. If academy teams don’t have player cards, birth certificates, and medical release forms (USYS or US Club) will be required.
Competitive teams (U11 – U19 divisions) will need official rosters and player cards.

GUEST PLAYERS & JERSEY NUMBERS: Teams will be allowed three guest players.

Please add guest players to your roster. Writing them on the roster is acceptable, but every player must have a player card. Jersey numbers must be visible on all rosters and match the player during the tournament! No duplicate numbers are allowed for U11+ divisions!

No player may play on more than one team in the tournament. No exceptions!

Roster player additions will not be accepted after the Check-In deadline!

REFUND POLICY

For this year’s tournament, all teams are strongly encouraged to purchase the tournament insurance offered during registration. The insurance cost is 10% of the tournament entry fee and must be paid. If the tournament is canceled, teams that purchased the tournament insurance will receive a full refund from the insurance provider.

If the tournament begins but is later canceled, teams that purchased the insurance will receive a partial refund from the insurance provider, based on the number of games played.

Teams that choose not to purchase the tournament insurance will not be eligible for a refund from the tournament, regardless of whether the tournament is canceled before or after it begins.

Please carefully consider purchasing the tournament insurance when registering, as the tournament will not be responsible for refunds for teams that decline the insurance option.
