Spring 2026 ADULT LEAGUE INFORMATION

Feb 15—The Season begins. All players need a number on their jersey. The Norman Adult Soccer League (NASL) is 11v11 for players 19 and older. 

If games are canceled on Sunday, they will automatically be rescheduled for the following Wednesday. If teams can’t play on Wednesday, it will be up to the player-coaches to organize a new rescheduled date/time and/or use one of the rainout dates.

Teams will show up for their scheduled games. If teams are short players, the game is a forfeit (3-0), but the opposing team will provide players to complete the game.

Teams will choose colors/jerseys. Players must have a number on the back of their jersey to play.

A driver's license will be used to check in at the fields before games.

Scores are reported and posted online. A red card results in a one-game suspension. Violent conduct will be reviewed by the Director of Referees and NYSA staff for possible additional suspension up to and including the remainder of the season.

T-shirts will be awarded to the winners and runner-ups!
