FUNDRAISERS
Oklahoma Celtic will offer four individual fundraisers that our players can participate in over the fall season. There is no cost or commitment to sign up if you would like to sell some of these items. Below is a list of the profit your player will earn from each item. This money will go directly towards your monthly fees at Celtic (if it is over the amount you owe, it can go towards tourney fees, etc.) The Club Store is also a fundraiser—Celtic’s Club Store.
If you want to participate in these fundraisers, please email jessica@oklahomaceltic.com. Signing up is essential since that is how we communicate with you once we start the fundraiser. We will only send out the order form and pick-up instructions to those who sign up.
In your email, please list the following: Player name, Team name, Parent name and phone number, Best email address, and which fundraiser you want to partake in.
Blue and Gold - 2025 Dates TBA
We will sell Blue and Gold, including sausage, chicken tenders, and bacon. Your player will get $2.25 for every sausage, $4.00 for bacon, and $5.50 for every chicken they sell. All forms and money are due to the office by TBA (please have one check made out to Oklahoma Celtic). You will be responsible for delivering items to the purchaser. All items will be in the week of TBA.
Mrs. Fields Cookies - 2025 Dates TBA
We will sell Mrs. Fields Cookies this season and your player will receive $12 per box sold. You can sell online and in person. If you would like to do online orders I will send you a link to register for that when the time comes. They can ship cookie dough for a fee but I would suggest you deliver most since the shipping fee is higher. You can also have a paperfrom and sell it in person. All forms and money are due to the office by 9/25 (please have one check made out to Oklahoma Celtic). You will be responsible for delivering items to the purchaser. All items will be in between October 1-18th. We will have a set date once we turn in the order on 9/26.
10/9/24-10/30/24 Butterbraids - Pick up will be before Thanksgiving break
Butterbraids are a super yummy pastry that feeds around 11 people. We sell them for $17 each and make $6.80 per item. Forms and money are due on 10/30 (please have one check made out to Oklahoma Celtic). You will be responsible for delivering items to the purchaser. All items will be in before Thanksgiving.
11/18/24-12/3/24 Bedsheets - Shipping is automatic with online orders or if a paper form it will be shipped by 12/10/24
We started doing this fundraiser a few years ago as a club after we had an individual team that participated in it for years and had huge success. You will be selling luxurious bed sheets that come in 14 different colors and all sizes. The cost is $24 plus tax/shipping so we sell them at $50 per set (flat, fitted, and 2 pillowcases) you will make around $20 per set. They also sell extra pillowcases as well! You can sell these online or pick up a paper form and color swatches of the fabric if you want. All items will be in before Christmas. You will be responsible for delivering items to the purchaser if you sell in person instead of online
