Trevor Laffoon
Trevor Laffoon was born and raised in Norman Oklahoma in 1992.
Trevor grew up playing soccer at Norman Youth Soccer Association and started player when he was 4.
He played soccer for NYSA and Celtic his whole youth career until he went on to college to play for Oral Roberts University.
At Oral Roberts University, Laffoon started all 72 of the 72 games played during his 4 year span. He currently holds the most minutes in school history with over 6500 minutes played.
After graduating from ORU, Laffoon came back to Norman to coach at Oklahoma Celtic and sell advertising for his family's company Sportstalk Radio.
Laffoons coaching career started in the fall of 2016 at Oklahoma Celtic and as an assistant for Norman North Womens Soccer.
He holds a USSF "C" License and has put his coaching at the club to rest for now to focus on helping boys and girls at Oklahoma Celtic play and put themselves in front of coaches and in positions to play college soccer if they choose to do so. Laffoon travels with older Boys and older Girls groups to create relationships with college coaches and a pipeline for future players.
Laffoon also is the Director of Sales/Sponsorships at Oklahoma Celtic and uses his background from Sportstalk Radio/REF Radio to help NYSA/Oklahoma Celtic raise money and create relationships in the community.
